Unable to make purchases

Whenever I try to make a purchase from the app on my phone or from the headset, it just sends me in loops, asking for my payment method, confirm, ask for payment method, confirm, ask for payment method….

I checked and none of the transactions went through, and I tried both PayPal and a credit card. I’d love to give you money in exchange for apps and games, but for some reason I can’t?
