Unfortunately, many users are facing this issue.
But not all accounts are affected, maybe you can use your account to gift the game to the child account. I know, this is not a satisfying solution🙁..... but at least your child could play the game.

I've been corresponding with them for about 10 - 20 days. It's been completely fruitless.
Yeah...... still; I will provide the link to support, hoping for either a miracle or that this can be resolved.
I think, Meta should hear/see the complains of their customer not only in the forum.
You see, I don't know why some accounts have this issue or how to solve it. So, the only thing I can do, is tell people to contact support and maybe use the workaround by using another account to gift the game to the main account..... which sometimes work and sometimes not🤷♀️

MetaStoreHelp I’ve messaged you via private twice now and no response at all. What the heck is going on with your services. He has $70 in his quest account that he cannot use. I can’t transfer to me to buy either. You all need to fix this!

This problem is insane ive done a little looking around and alot more people face this problem its actully been a problem for a WHOLE YEAR with no real solution
@jayh8 Yes, others do have the problem. In some cases the problem is with the security features in place on the buyers financial services or payments provider. I had the same issue, they couldn't solve it at Meta and then I discovered that they had International payments, were blocked. What was embarrassing for me was, that I switched off the option for foreign transfers and totally forgot! 😂. I'm not saying it's your problem, and I know there are problems in the Meta system but lots of people have solved it by contacting their payment providers.
