Unable to process refund

I gifted a game to my son, however his account never received the game. I am trying to return the purchase, but it says I need to log in with the device associated with my account. But, the device isn’t on my account, it’s on his. When we log in on his there’s no record of the gift. All I want is a return of the gift. I really don’t want to have to get the credit card company to reverse the charge and put a flag on Meta’s transactions, but it’s looking like I may not have any other choice unless someone can offer a solution since Meta doesn’t believe in actual customer support.

    It's understandable that you would want a refund for a gifted app that never reached the intended recipient. This could be due to age restrictions on the app itself or a few other potential issues. Don't worry, though; we're here to help and will provide as much clarity as possible on the matter.
     

    If a gift that you send is not redeemed by the person that you sent it to within 30 days, it will expire automatically and the refund will go back to you.
