Unable to purchase any games

Question

I have a 40 dollar gift card on my account that hasn’t been used since Christmas due to a security error. I haven’t been able to bypass or fix the issue. The error says: Request cannot be completed until further action. We notice something unusual and for your security, this request cannot be completed. Please file a request to get your case reviewed.

I had that message a few days ago when I tried to buy the new Beat Saber music pack from the mobile app store..... however, I was able to buy it from the store in the headset.
Have you tried that? Or maybe from pc web store
