Unable to purchase games – “unusual activity” block
Hello,
I’m unable to purchase any games on my Meta Horizon account. Each attempt shows this message:
“Report was not completed. We detected unusual activity on your account… Try again later or visit the Help Center.”
This looks like an automatic security block, but there’s no clear reason for it and everything on my side seems normal. I’m asking for this to be reviewed by the appropriate technical/account security team so the block can be removed.
Details:
- Device: Meta Quest 3
- Platform: Meta Horizon / Quest Store / web
- Payment methods: card and Quest Cash
- VPN or travel: no
