Unable to purchase games

I've been trying to purchase a game on the Meta quest store for quite a while now using various methods. I've made new accounts to gift the game to my main, I've used quest cash, I've used different devices, yet I'm always met with this message. 

"Request Not Completed, We noticed something unusual, and for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our help center."

Please help!!!

    Unfortunarely, many people have that issue...... the forum is full with posts about this problem.

    It seems there is no resolution yet. Still, you should contact support and let them know about your problem.
