Unable to Redeem Batman: Arkham Shadow with Meta Quest 3S Purchase

I recently purchased the Meta Quest 3S 128GB (which includes Batman: Arkham Shadow and a 3-month trial of Meta Quest+) on October 23rd. However, I do not see the option to redeem the game, only the option to purchase it. I’ve checked my emails to see if there was a redemption link sent, but I haven’t received anything.
Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?
