Unexpected charge from Funfitland app without email reminders

Hi everyone,

I subscribed to the app Funfitland in Meta Horizon. According to the app, they should send me two reminder emails before charging me. However, I did not receive any reminder at all, and my account was charged directly.

I also tried to contact Meta Support, but I couldn’t get through — the system either asks me to verify my device (which doesn’t work).

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Do you know if there is another way to reach Meta Support or request a refund?
