Since 2022 I've had a quest 2 but now I've been thinking about upgrading to the new xbox vr quest 3s.but now I've been wondering I've the games I've purchased and all my files be saved on the new vr?

So to your question, the simple answer is yes! All of your saved data and purchased will transfer from your Quest 2 to the Quest 3S as long as you use the same account and "Cloud Backup" is enabled in your settings, as all of your data is associated with your account rather than the actual device itself so you're good to go with the upgrade.
