Urgent: Unable to Verify VR Quest Account, Risking Child's Purchases

 

Issue: Been trying to set up a child account on VR Quest since Nov. Payment verification isn't working despite trying 2 cards & contacting bank. Sent multiple emails to support@vr-quest.com with no response. Getting emails saying account will be terminated & purchases ($15 gift card + games) will be lost if not verified."

I have received 3 emails that if i want to keep using my Meat account respond by March 30 th to avoid losing my purchases and gift cards I can’t use because when I go to verify my credit cards entered say error and won’t let me continue. I have tried many ways but cannot get any response from meta on why or what to do next ?

    Where have you tried adding your credit card?
