Vivarium stuck on loading screen, can't refund

I got myself into a really obscure situation recently. 

I decided to buy vivarium xr, i bought it on my main account, then went on my quest 2 and saw it wasn't on the device owner account, thinking it meant it wasn't on my main account i refunded the game, only to go on the quest and relize my device owner account isn't my main account. 

So i bought it again, and excited to play i opened it and it was stuck on the black loading screen that comes after the launch intro titles. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, restarting my headset, and a few other things that usually fix these issues, but to no avail. 

So i went on the support website fir a regund only to find out i can't refund it because I've already refunded it in the past. I tried opening a support ticket but i can't because my account isn't the device owner account, and the device owner isn't the one with the game, it is also an account that is inaccessible for about two months now. 

Any idea what i can do to either make tge game work or to get a refund?

    There are some reviews where people are saying that the game doesn't start anymore. 

    Reach out to Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE .... this works, even if you are not the device owner.😉

    Your first step should probably be to contact the developer of the app. Looks like a bug. In fact the first review showing on the Horizon app is a month ago and has the exact same bug you are describing. The next two reviews have the same issue too and one only 5 days ago. The developer hasn't responded either so you should contact them directly. This isn't a Meta problem.

      The developer's support website isn't online. And the developers have been active in their discord for a while

        Ah, that's a pity.. It seems it's a dud then. Meta should remove it from the store. You should be given a refund. Try support again, explain what happened and include a few screenshots of the review complaints on the Horizon app.
