The chances that your ideas posted here in the community troubleshooting forums would gain any traction with Meta engineers is effectively zero. You could try the Developer Feedback Center. I don't advise posting that image. Type it out properly in text format. Post each discrete idea as a separate suggestion. This site is for VR headsets only. The ideas about wearables and other devices are not relevant here. Quest 3 already has a gaussian splatting mapping app (Hyperscape Capture Beta) in development. Also, the headset is not recommended officially for outdoor use, and some of your suggestions sound like they would be more suitable for the AI glasses not VR headsets. Also, I doubt that having integrated corrective lenses would be commercially viable, but also, the Quest 3 already has built-in color correction settings for 3 types of color blindness (no need for special lens coatings when it can be corrected digitally!) Make sure you are not requesting redundant features that already exist or have alternative solutions available.

Some good ideas there for sure but as steve_40 says some are available and others are in development. Contact the dev team as Steve suggests but make sure they are features that are not available, dig into it a little more. However don't forget the words of the song. "You can't always get what you want" π

Yeah well I have the last week of my submissions screencapped that I submitted via tickets, so I just thought id consolidate it here. But yeah, im not sure why you are so pessimistic about ideas, its not like facebook doesn't have the capital to back this development. The hardware is all there already.
