Thank you for expressing your experience with VRChat continuing to request an update. We appreciate this can alter your VR adventure and hope to resolve it!
This is possibly happening due to the applications update settings conflicting with your headsets update settings.
Please ensure your headset is using the latest available software by visiting Settings - Systems - Software Update.
Depending on your preference, you can also enable or disable automatic updates on your headset within this setting.
Once this has been complete, please uninstall and reinstall the VRChat application as you have previously done.
