Walkabout Mini Golf

Hello guys! I bought the game Walkabout Mini Golf. A few days later I bought the Bundle Hole in One. All games in the bundle are shown to me as installed and purchased in the store. But in the game I can't choose it. It is indicated in the game that I should buy it. I click on it, nothing happens. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No change. I can't claim my money back because it's paired with the base game and it's been played for more than two hours! I am neither able to play the bundle nor get my money back! What can I do?

    I haven't played it but I hear it's very good. Could it be that each course gets more difficult and you have to get past the first ones before being able to play later ones? I'm probably completely wrong but just a possibility 😊

    I guess, you've already tried if restarting the Quest helps?

    Or maybe uninstall the game, but don't reinstall it from your library.

    Go to the store and try if you can install the whole in one bundle, not just the main game.

    I'm not sure, if this is possible.....just an idea.🤷‍♀️

    Also, I had it a few times that a purchased course was not available in the game immediately. I had to leave the game and start it again to make it work.

        Thanks for your reply. I contacted support and they responded. They sent me a list of suggested solutions, which I'll work through first. Wish me luck.

      Then I'm not alone. My friend has the same problem. I'm in contact with support. I'll let you know when I have any updates.

    Maybe there is some bug in the store???

    The store shows 23 available addons and also in the hole in one bundle are 23 courses.

    But actually, there should be 25 courses...... "Shangri La" and "20000 miles under sea" are missing in the store.

    I'm not sure, if this might causes the issues you are having, but you should definitely talk to support.
