What to do if banned and can’t get games back

I was recently banned on instagram for no reason, they said they have reviewed my account and found violations and they won’t say what i did to cause this. I talked to an agent today and they told me their decision was final, i then asked if they could do anything about my games that i payed for. They said they don’t have details for that but told me i can get support on the website (basically talk to an AI). Is there anything i can do to either get a refund or get my games back? Let me know.
