When i try to buy an app it keeps saying "Request cannot be completed until further action"
How do i fix this?

I buy the apps with Quest Cash
Just make a second acc so you can gift games to your main acc.

In addition to that, you should contact support, so they can look into that.

Maybe try if adding payment method other than quest cash helps.
