Where are my purchased clothes?
Hello, I purchased some clothing items in the store, but an error occurred during the process. The coins were deducted, but the items are not in my wardrobe. When I go back to the store, the items are still listed with a price, as if I need to buy them again, and my money is gone.
Who can I contact about this? So far, this has happened with three items that I paid for but did not receive. At this point, I no longer trust the system and will not make any further purchases until my items are restored.

You're aware Horizon Worlds will be discontinued in VR soon, right? So you're probably wasting your money anyway, unless you want to play on your phone.
