Where do you make horizon world suggestions?

I don't know why that's so hard to find, but anyway, as far as the game is concerned, I think it would be great if you would allow people to make notes on the friends that they make in the Meta horizon world game so that they can remember who it is that they are talking to. People meet so many different people who changed their avatars that Once you add someone as a friend and you see them weeks later, it would be nice to have a note that you could write under their profile pertaining to what you talked about or some information about them so that you can remember them. 

If anyone on this forum can help implement that suggestion or at least tell me exactly where to go, preferably provide the exact links so that I can get that suggestion to the right people, that would be great.
