Why is my immersive home greyed out when I want to invite people over

I see other people able to invite people over but I’m not able to invite anybody over to mine because the area is grayed out. I followed all the videos and everything and I just cannot get mine un greyed to invite people over to

    You must be over 18, but not everyone gets that feature anyway. I don't have it either.
