I wouldn't hold my breath if i were you.
As long as Russia isn't on the "supported countries list", worlds won't be available to you without using VPN.

If I wasn't able to access without a VPN, have you got any recommedations?
You must either on your router - or on your phone, if you use it as a hotspot - set VPN to one of the supported countries or install VPN on the Quest itself.
There are videos online how to do that....just google for it.😉
