Window management with keyboard shortcuts

I try to use the Quest on my 1h commute by train to get some productive work done in this time.
Usually I would use the built in browser to check mails, and messages, but I also got some light software development work done (see https://www.youtube.com/shorts/YicdLwSw2s4)

I tried the surface keyboard and it is nice, but I still connect an external keyboard for working most of the time.
What would help me to get more productivity out of this setup would be keyboard shortcuts to manage windows (by which I mean floating 2d applications)
More specifically, it would help to be able to:
- close the current application
- move the current application left or right in the 3 panel layout
- switch the current application into "fullscreen" mode
using keyboard shortcuts

Even more helpful:
Have shortcuts to open apps or cycle through browser windows that are minimized.
