Wont let me redeem Batman Arkham Knight

Hi, My Name is Daniel, i have recently gotten my Meta Quest 3s, and have tried to redeem The game it came with, and it is not working, saying i have to buy it for 50$, i've tried everything on how to fix it and nothing worked, can i get some help?

    Hey Daniel, 

    It's awesome that you've decided to get yourself a Meta Quest 3s. Let's take a look into the steps of resolving your problem with redeeming Batman: Arkham Knight. 

     

    Redeeming Batman: Arkham Knight:

     

    • Turn on your headset and follow the activation instructions.
    • Press Meta button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select Meta Horizon Store.
    • Select your profile image icon in the top right of Store.
    • Select Promotions, then select Redeem to go to the app, game or subscription's page in the Meta Horizon Store.
    • Select Redeem.

    Once you've tried those you should see your new game in your library ready to be installed. If this doesn't work we'd ask if you could contact us privately so that we can investigate your account further. 

     

    • Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here: Community Support.
    • Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us!
    • Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.

  • Hello MetaStoreHelp,

    I recently purchased the Meta Quest 3 512GB (which includes Batman: Arkham Shadow and a 3-month trial of Meta Quest+) on September 20, 2025. However, I do not see the option to redeem the game, only the option to purchase it. I’ve checked my emails to see if there was a redemption link sent, but I haven’t received anything.

    Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

      Hi there. There is an explanation for what you should do here in this thread. Look at the information from the MetaStoreHelp here. If you can't see it just hit the expand all replies option. 😊 It's a great game ! Enjoy it ! I'm not sure totally but you might have to go to the Wallet in your Meta phone app and add a payment method for the 3 months Horizon + that's free. Not 100% sure on that but look at your wallet and see what it tells you !

  • I am having the same issues of not being able to get the game. I have sent MetaStoreHelp a private message.

      There are some issues with the message sytem currently.

      On Friday I was told the problem was fixed......... but I'm still seeing posts from them saying they didn't receive the PM users sent them.🤷‍♀️

      So, maybe just go directly to support.
