Hello MellyMeow. Thanks for trying to add me. It is puzzling to know why I could not be added at this time. I am an American living in NY so there should not be any geolocation restrictions. My Oculus account is setup with a gmail email. What can I do to help understand why this is happening?
I just ran into geo restriction issues, and i think it had to do with MSI Dragon Center. After disabling it, the geo restrictions went away, so something is up with that app. Are you using MSI, by chance?
