Respawn Fallen Players (Typescript)

I think this takes about the same amount of time to script as it does in Codeblocks, which is remarkable! I've long held the belief that Typescript doesn't slow us down, it just takes time to learn in the beginning, and there are more features, so we do more because we can 🤓
