How do I take store ready screenshots from my Oculus Go

I am trying to get my app published to the app store but the screenshots got flagged because to meet the size requirements I just photoshopped a grey background behind it and that got flagged. I can't figure out how to get one that I don't have to photoshop and it meets the requirements (2560x1440)

    There is a dedicated button in the sharing menu then you have five seconds to get back in the app/game

    I did that, but I only get 1440x1440 photos, and I can't upload thoes
