Update question

A few times I've put on the headset and seen a message about something being updated, but no idea what updated.
Do you know if those are OS updates?
I know there a few times when I have gone to the Updates section of the library and seen updates in there (usually for AltSpace VR).
So are all app updates in there and the OS updates the ones that just happen?

Just wondering..  I haven't been checking software versions for the OS, so not sure how often it has updated...

    Te oculus go comes I think with some video player install. Those are the pre install apps. Let's say anything that is there that you didn't install. Hope it helps

    I exactly don't know what is install because right when I got mine I bought and install so many games I'm having a great time using it only for gaming.
