Many people are finding that they have to uninstall pretty much everything on the headset to make enough space for medal Of Honor including any saved videos, screenshots etc. I've even heard of a few people that had to do a factory reset to get enough room.

Plus, a lot of people are reporting slow and faulty downloads at the moment due to an ongoing technical problem. I can imagine the biggest game on Quest (by far) would suffer proportionately more. Again, the Oculus advice is to do a factory reset to fix that one.

Hey there LincolnFlowers! We definitely want for your son to be able to play his purchased games! That being said, apps require more available space during the installation process than their total size once the process is done. According to the game's page, Medal of Honor requires over 41GB in its installed state, we recommend having double that as available space during installation. Your son can try removing all other apps and files to free up room, but the 64GB version of the Quest 2 will likely not have enough available space to complete the installation.
