Blurry, poor visual quality/ possibly bad lenses

I have recently bought a quest 2, actually 2 of them. They both have really bad blurriness. I have adjusted the straps and ipd and arms several times with no changes. I actually afjust my headset lite...

@Black-Diamonds Talk to live chat. You're just going to have to suck it in and do it. Do you want that crap version forever?. I had to wait more than a month when I first got Quest 2 because Facebook locked me out. And for accessories to come etc. I've gotten used to it lol.
