Can’t get past Pairing Screen ?
I have an oculus/ Facebook account that is still active and showing all my purchased games ect . However the headset wasn’t Reflecting this. I contacted oculus support Did the factory reset every time I try to pair my device it said it was connected on the app put on the quest itself was still on the set up screen. Oculus decided to send me a replacement headset which I received today and I am having exactly the same problem. I even tried it with my wife’s Facebook account that she has had for over 10 years and is in good standing. The quest said that it is paired automatically and the oculus app says it is paired but the headset is still Displaying the screen that is asking me to put the pin in for set up. Surely they must’ve sent me another bas replacement headset? How can to oculus/Facebook accounts that both have a good standing and say that the quest is connected be wrong. Any advice as to what this can be? I now have to contact again to tell them that the replacement headset is not working
