Error - "It seems that we are having trouble with connecting to your account..."

Hi,

I get this error:

"It seems that we are having trouble with connecting to your account. If this persist, please repair your headsets with the Oculus mobile app or perform a factory reset"

How can I repair it with the app to avoid resetting the device?
