Does your PC display have HDR enabled?
If it does turn it off.
I had a simular issue when I changed to a new monitor which supported HDR.
Disabling HDR in Windows sorted the blank screen on Oculus Link for me.

Here is the process for Windows 10
Right click your desktop
Select "display settings" from the menu.
in the Display window that shows up scroll down.
If your display & graphics card support HDR you will see a setting "Play HDR games and Apps"
If it is turned on the button/slider will be blue.
Click it once and it will go while and turn off.
Close the Display Window
Try your Oculus link again and see if that resolves the issue.

Hey Versonya, thanks for reaching out! We understand the inconvenience that an Oculus Link issue would cause. After reviewing all of the troubleshooting steps taken in this thread, it does appear that you are using an unverified cable for Oculus Link. While some users have reported being able to use Oculus Link with an unverified cable, we cannot guarantee that every user will have the same experience. If you're also running into trouble with Air Link, send us a support ticket here and we can further troubleshoot that issue. Cheers!
