There's a tip floating around that changing your Language settings might help. I changed mine from US English to UK English and back again and the missing v29 features started showing up (after I had changed back), including the new color icons etc. This might not work for everyone, but it did work for me on my Quest 2...
Stressless, I tried it three timies back and forth but no joy, thanks anyways, hopefully it will roll out on my VR soon.
So File Manager just appeared. No additional update just there now. Guess the rest of the features to follow.
Where does the file manger show up? Don't think I have it or the phone notifications yet.
