I just made an inquiry about an order I placed for some hardware on the Oculus site so I know what they will ask for. I literally responded with this information to Oculus 1 hour ago. I placed my order on the Oculus site through my Oculus account so they might ask for more information from you but they will at the very least ask for the information below.
The information Oculus support will need to help you:
- Full Name on the order
- Email Address on the order
- Shipping Address
- Phone number
- Last 4 of credit card or your PayPal email address
