Is there a way to decrease distance between my eyes and the surface of the lenses?

My blur problems would be solved if I can somehow make the lenses a handful of millimeters closer to my eyes. I'm not talking IPD range. I'm talking about the other axis (lens distance to eyes). I would have no problem if I was trying to increase the distance. I could add a spacer to push the headset away. But I need to move lenses closer. Is there a way to decrease the distance somehow. Push the lenses out toward my face somehow?
