Link Plugged into usb 3.0, Having usb 2 speeds

I'm using the quest 2 with a link cable, it was working fine for a week and today it said it was plugged into USB 2.0. With the low transfer rate, I can't play games like boneworks, but games like The walking dead saints and sinners work fine. I've tested all my USB 3.0 ports and restarted my PC. Nothing seems to work. Any Ideas?

    i have same problem i see many people with simalare issues I don't know a fix I hope someone finds one
