NO audio.

Yesterday, when my oculus quest was 1 day old (about 4 hours of play tops) my audio just cut out. No pops or crackles, no improvement after a reboot or a factory reset, and no sound with headphones from either jack. I am fuming. I’ve spoken with support who have advisedly me they will get back to me 3-5 business days, but really, this should be a simple replacement situation. This was a long awaited gift from my husband... the visuals are amazing, but this audio problem is absolutely unacceptable given the price.

    You shouldn’t have to, but have you tried doing a reset? 3-5 working days for a response is terrible isn’t it?  I hope they sort it for you soon. 
    In the mean time, maybe reset it. If you have any Bluetooth headphones you might get them to work (bit of a long shot I know)
