Quest 2 using PC Link, Best Practices with additional monitors.

Just curious, I have 2 monitors and my Quest 2 attached to my GPU. When using my VR with PC Link is it best practice to turn off the other 2 monitors to assist with performance??

Are there any good benchmarking ultilities for PC linked VR??
