- DGA_DirectorProtegeJust got my Quest last week and was wondering the same thing. Seems like a simple question to answer.
- AnonymousBetter enjoy those menus gang...

Currently afaik hiding menus is only available in the PC Home software, ie via Oculus Link or Rift connected to PC.
Not so in Quest Stand Alone, at least not yet. - AnonymousOld thread but i noticed clicking the left Oculus button removes the bottom menu ( as standard ) and if i click the "explore" ( top left on home screen ) a few times the upper menu vanishes as well leaving you with just the room to explore ... The problem is i have to reboot to get the upper menu back unless im missing something.
Of course this could also be a bug since v18. - grossxguillaumeHonored GuestHi guys, just searched for the same thing and even that thread is old, I thought I would just leave my comment here anyway: I couldn't find a way to hide the menus, but you can move the entire window in the options menu and just put everything above your head, just to clear the view.. I hope someone will find a better alternative or an option is going to be added later, but as of right now, this is the best I'm going to get

Thank you! This gives me 95% of what I want, to be able to look around at the room, or even relax there for a bit. ๐

Just walk through the menu

I was looking for the same thing. Best solution I have found so far is to look straight up and hold down the oculus button so the menu is placed on the ceiling.

hi,
in quest 2
just briefly press oculus button make appear/disapear the menus.- tonymotionExplorer
Thank you for letting me know about this feature update! Pressing the Oculus button hides/shows the menus in my Quest 1 as well! I'm glad they finally implemented something to make this possible! ๐
