Unable to Install the Oculus app on my PC

I've attempted to install the oculus app on my pc multiple times, and there's not a single issue running on my pc, there's no firewall, no anti-virus, on it, its just not installing coming up with the error message that there is something wrong and to restart my pc each time I attempt to install it.
