what to do wen your menu or games wont show up??? plz help

Try

1. Completely shutdown the quest
2. Goto https://secure.oculus.com/my/security/
3. Click Edit Session.
4. Click Logout of all Sessions
5. Wait a few minutes
6. Turn on the quest
