When I Try to Enter The Oculus Rift Home, It Doesnt Work.

Hello,

I went to play oculus link today, but when I had connected by wire to my pc and enabled the connection. When I went to settings to actually use the link feature and have it transport me to the rift home, my screen went black and went back to the quest home.

    Mine will sometimes do the same. Unplug Link from your headset, shut down and restart the headset then re-plug Link into headset and it should work.

    That didn't seem to work. Do you try anything else or just that?

    @ItsMayday try using another cable if possible. As well as removing other USB devices other than the Quest and your mouse/keyboard. Updating the USB drivers from Device Manager or the motherboard/laptop manufacturer's website may help as well. If it persists or you need assistance, reach out here. - Clint
