World moving with me
Since this morning when I move the world moves with me. Any idea whats happened?

Sounds like a tracking problem. Shut the Quest down completely (power off), reboot and see if that sorts it out.
Also make sure you are playing in a well lit environment, the tracking cameras need a reasonable view of your surroundings to work properly.
I replaced the batteries in the controllers and it started working correctly again. Strange.
