app wont stay open

hey i got my rift s 2 days ago and when i went to do the setup whenever i get to the sensor part my setup closes and reopens over and over again but when i unplug my rift the app works fine. is there any fix for this i really want to try vr but i cant even set it up

    Hey, try re-seating the headset cable located behind the facial interface. Both can be removed individually by gently pulling. If the issue remains, gather your diagnostic logs using the steps here and create a ticket here. - Principe

    ok so i set the vr up on my brothers computer and it works fine so now i know its not a headset thing but a pc problem
