Occulus dont work as it should do, turning on and offline

First my specs..

Grafics - Nvidia RTX1070 (from Gigabyte)
Windows 10 Home - 16 GB RAM
Processor Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
All my drivers are Up to date - Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver
430.86 from 05/27/19 also the Occulus Software should be the updated one.
I dont know if this help, I have 3 Monitor (2 when playing with VR because of the DP port) one Samsung Curved and two elder ones.

First, almost one year ago I've bought myself the Occulus Rift + Touch bundle and everything has worked well without or least less Problems until the last weekend.
Then suddenly over Night the VR Headset decided not to turn on anymore and the Screens within the Glasses remained black.

Netherthe less I have bought the new Occulus Rift S
I installed it onto my PC let Occulus do all the Software updates but then...
When it should start to there is an error with the Occulus App which Opens and Closes the App all the time.

By the way I am using the correct Ports, one DP and one USB 3.0 Port for the Headsets also 2x USB 3.0 for the Sensors.

I've already checked the drivers whether they are ok.
Installed different Occulus Patched March 2018 for example.
Repaired the Occulus App and Deinstalled and Reinstalled it.
Checked the Firewall and the Antivir Programs.

Nothing has worked until now.
I really Hope you can help me.

    Good Day Sraura, no my Windows User might be Arkranikan or Florian.

    However I've received a solution from Occulus Support.

    Please
    note that by doing the steps below, you will be ineligible for a refund
    for any Oculus software purchases made within the last 14 days.

    1. Disconnect the computer from the internet
    2. Backup any necessary content
    3. Reboot into Safe Mode
    4. Uninstall Oculus Home using the Control Panel
    5. Delete all Oculus folders from here:
      • C:\Program Files
    6. Remove any Oculus folders from here:
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
    7. Restart the computer in normal mode
    8. Reconnect the computer to the internet
    9. Install Oculus Home

    Once you have done that, please get back to me to let me know how this works for you.

    I have done this so far BUT then there is the moment where I have to plug in the Rift S thats where all ends...
    I delted everything and reinstalled everything now the 3rd time and now
    When I either Plug the USB 3.0 in the USB 3.0 Port OR the DP in the DP Port nothing special happens of course.
    BUT once I have both plugged into my PC, my Occulus App is turning crazy like in the video mentioned above.

    Does anybody knows what could help?

    I've seen 1 or 2 people report this issue before, but unfortunately can't remember the exact threads or exact solutions they might contain.
    What I can remember is that at 1 guy had issues with multiple monitors and got his rift s working only when only 1 monitor and rift s were connected to computer. Can't remember if the monitor had to be on hdmi port or second display port, but I think it did make a difference too... Anyways this shouldn't be common issue. I have 2 monitors and they work fine. Still worth checking.
    Another thing you should check is device manager after you plug in just the rift s usb cord (don't plug in the display port yet). See if some devices appear there or are there something you should worry about... Certain motherboards may need their usb drivers updated.
    With rift s u need to have windows->settings->privacy->camera->allow apps to access your camera->on.
    At least while trying to get rift s to work, I would recommend removing those rift cv1 sensors from usb ports (if they are there - not sure what you meant in your post). Not sure will they cause issues but just to be on safe side...
    Also oculus support will probably ask you to check the cable next... specially the connector on hmd's end. Sometimes it might be loose and cause issues. If you unplug it and put it back, you should hear faint "click" when it seats fully. Instructions here.
