Velcro headstrap of Rift S issue

Question

HiThe velcro headstrap of my Rift S, does not hold very good any longer. I was looking for a replacement and Oculus does sell the strap for 70 USD. This makes no sense for a very simple velcro tape. Way too expensive.Are there any alternatives that work?

About a year then ?Does the warranty cover it ?I got mine in January and stupidly bought it thinking it was mine, but its turned out to be the the families,&nbsp; &nbsp;With all the head sizes of which mine is naturally the largest - [our] velcro is starting to deteriorate too.I bought myself a Quest, and hide it out of the way :lol:&nbsp; &nbsp;Its mine dam it !!

Way too expensive.Are there any alternatives that work?Just buy a roll of double sided Velcro cable tape from somewhere like Amazon or your local hardware store.&nbsp; You can get various sized/colours and it's not very expensive.&nbsp; Very handy stuff to have around for other uses as well imho.
