360 degree camera - kickstarter live

I like the idea, but the image quality is very bad. Not only the videos, but the "high-res" images as well: http://centrcam.com/panorama-images :cry:

The vertical FoV of the video is only 56°
They needed to use wider lenses and rotate them 90° and cover the whole sphere.

It definitely can be useful, but I do hope that quality goes up before they run the production batch.
