Meta has deactivated all my accounts facebook Instagram can't be accessed I have years of memories on both how do I fix this I can't log into meta because it says there is no account I only have 90 days to sort this I didn't receive a warning or a link

You can appeal for it and for making appeals login to your account and then follow on screen. For more help you can visit Facebook help centre or try to contact with meta pro team.
I did this I uploaded passport still waiting for a reply 3 days
