Affiliate issues

I swear, meta support is the worst. I recently got accepted into the creator affiliate program. When I got the first time sign in link, I was already logged into my kids account. This resulted in their account becoming the affiliate account. Due to the lack of support options and contact methods for affiliates (which makes zero sense), i had to contact support through the device help portal. At the end of the conversation, I was told that I need to contact the affiliate host CJ to resolve the issue. I contacted them and *gasp* they said that I had to contact meta  support. So now im sitting here with a useless affiliate account linked to the wrong meta account and no one can seem to help me. Now, I want nothing to do with the program. Why promote meta brands and products when we cant even get proper support? How do I go about deleting my affiliate account? If support is this bad with just setting up the account, I cant imagine how much worse it'll be when im actually trying to get help while trying to promote their brand. Please help, someone has to have the answer
