After updating the Quest 3S to V78 1057840091500610, the images in the helmet are disappearing. The helmet does not respond to the joysticks and is not oriented in space. When you turn on the helmet, the image disappears and the screen turns black.
How can I fix the helmet?
I suddenly have similar with my Quest 3. I hadn't played in a couple weeks. Did the update. Thereforeward, my Q3 couldn't orient in space, the controllers wouldn't connect (just white light glowing, controllers buzz every few seconds), and everything was black in the virtual verse.
I've since done forced reboots and factory reset. I can hear the sounds of boot up, but can't actually do anything since I can't see. My Meta App on my iPhone no longer detects the headset, and can't connect in any way to further troubleshoot.
