Hello everyone, few hours ago i send my id to meta bc i wanted to change my birthday date but it got declined and now i need to wait 3 months. But I noticed that on February 8th I received a letter saying that I had 30 days to enter my date of birth, but now when I try to enter it, I get an error. Does anyone know what to do?

i think you will need to request help from support. maybe through facebook as facebook is the big boss really. here is a few ways to do that. i feel sorry for you, its so hard now. it used to be so much easier when you could just talk to someone. its such a shame. its all fine if nothing goes wrong with companies online like fb and ebay, but like you now, and me, if you have a silly problem, they just shut you down with nothing. they want everyone using things but its not very inviting or welcoming or helpful. i guess there are so many of us they just dont care who gets lost in the cracks. doesnt make you feel very valued or wanted or appreciated does it? If there was any, if not more or just some...competition...they would be better. But they dont need to compete...i wish you luck. sorry i cant help more. If you can get through to someone who actually reads your plight/issue/letter, im sure it will be fixed immediately. 3 months is INSANE. like you robbed them or something...wow.
